Coconut milk ground pork 猪絞肉椰奶
Ingredients : 材料

2 red shallot chopped 红葱2粒切碎
1/2 onion chopped 洋葱1/2个切碎
2 chopped
hot red chili 辣椒2粒切碎
1/2 cup frozen peas 速冻青豆1/2 碗
3 tablespoons fish sauce 鱼露3汤匙
5 garlic finely chopped 大蒜5瓣切末
1 tablespoon chicken flavor 鳮粉1汤匙
1 pound of ground pork 猪绞肉肉 1镑
Salt and pepper to taste 鹽和胡椒粉适量

onion powder 洋葱粉2茶匙
Right amount of
red chili powder (paprika)红辣椒粉适量
1/2 teaspoon brown
sugar or palm sugar 红糖1/2茶匙或棕榈糖
2 teaspoons uncooked rice mixer into a flour

1 can coconut milk or 1/2 cup of instant coconut milk
椰奶1罐或 1/2杯速溶椰子奶粉
2 teaspoons olive oil or canola oil if you prefer

2 pound ground pork or you can use chicken
instead

Directions : 做法 :
1. 2 red
shallot chopped , 1/2 onion
chopped, 2 chopped hot red
chili, 5 garlic finely chopped .
1. 红葱2粒切碎, 洋葱1/2个切碎, 辣椒2粒切碎, 大蒜5瓣切末, 放置一旁備用.
2. 2 teaspoons uncooked jasmine rice on low heat fry until golden
brown . Use the blender to grind the
rice. mixer into a flour.
3. In a wok saute diced shallot, onion, minced garlic. Then
remove it in a separate bowl. Then in the same pot add the ground pork with the
rest of the oil, add blender rice minced, and a small amount of water.
3. 起熱鍋加入少許油爆香红葱末, 蒜末, 洋葱碎後撈起放入碗中.同一鍋剩下的油放入猪絞肉放入炒, 再加炒香的碎米粉. 倒入少量的水炒熟猪肉 .
4. In the
same wok again, add fish sauce, green
beans, brown sugar, chicken powder, chili powder, coconut milk, salt and pepper

4. 鑊中再后加入鱼露, 青豆, 红糖,鸡粉,辣椒粉, 椰奶, 盐和胡椒适量,调味一起混合拌勻.
