Curry Minced Meat Fried Rice 咖喱絞肉炒饭
Ingredients : 材料 :
3 mince garlic 大蒜3瓣切末
2 teaspoons soy sauce 醬油2茶匙
1 onion
diced 洋蔥1顆切粒
2 teaspoons olive oil 橄欖油2茶匙
3 eggs mixing 鸡蛋3粒打散成蛋汁
3 tablespoons frozen carrots, peas
速凍胡蘿蔔,青豆2湯匙
1 pound of ground pork or slice beef
豬絞肉1磅 或牛肉片
1/2 yellow bell pepper 黃色甜椒1/2顆切粒或青, 紅甜椒
2 bowls of white
rice preferably refrigerator overnight 白米饭2碗最好放入冰箱隔夜
Directions : 做法:
2. Prepare marinade : 2 teaspoonscooking wine, ½ teaspoon
chicken flavor, 1 teaspoons cornstarch. Then marinade for 10 to 15 minutes.
2. 准备腌料 : 2茶匙料酒, 雞粉1/2茶匙, 調入玉米淀粉1茶匙, 醃製豬絞肉10至15分钟.
3. Cooked white

eggs and add salt 1/4 teaspoon to taste. add to the pan and stir fry and add

5. In a saucepan

5. 重新烧热炒镬放入2茶匙橄欖油, 洋蔥粒, 白米飯炒香, 然后速冻豌豆, 红蘿蔔, 再加入醬油, 雞粉. 直炒到飯粒粒分明粒鬆軟, 呈金黄色干不粘鍋后就可以了.
6. Rice
