Curry Minced Meat Fried Rice 咖喱絞肉炒饭

Ingredients : 材料 :
3 mince garlic 大蒜3瓣切末    
2 teaspoons soy sauce 醬油2茶匙
1 onion  diced  洋蔥1顆切粒
2 teaspoons olive oil  橄欖油2茶匙  




3 eggs mixing 鸡蛋3粒打散成蛋汁     
1 teaspoons chicken flavor 雞粉1茶匙
2 bowl rice  白米飯2碗放入冰箱過夜
3 teaspoons curry powder  咖哩粉3茶匙
Salt and pepper to taste   鹽和胡椒粉適量



2 stem green onion chopper 青蔥2根切粒
1/2 tsp dried chili powder  乾椒粉1/2茶匙 
2 shallot finely chopped 小紅蔥頭2粒切末
1 teaspoons chopped ginger 姜末1茶匙   

3 tablespoons frozen carrots, peas 
速凍胡蘿蔔,青豆2湯匙
1 pound of ground pork or slice beef 
豬絞肉1 或牛肉片


1/2 yellow  bell  pepper  黃色甜椒1/2顆切粒或青紅甜椒    
2  bowls of white rice preferably refrigerator  overnight 白米饭2碗最好放入冰箱隔夜  
 


Directions : 做法:      


1. 2 cloves garlic finely chopped , 1/2 onion  diced, 1 small chopped  shallot, 1/2 medium onion cut grain,  2 stem green onion chopped, 1 teaspoon ginger finely chopped,  ¼ mellow bell pepper or green pepper cut grain. set side .                                                     


1. 大蒜2瓣切碎中型洋蔥1/2顆切粒, 小紅蔥頭1粒切碎, 青蔥2根切粒, 姜末1茶匙, 黃色甜椒1/4顆切粒或青, 紅甜椒  备用.        

2. Prepare marinade : 2 teaspoonscooking wine, ½ teaspoon chicken flavor, 1 teaspoons cornstarch. Then marinade for 10 to 15 minutes. 


2准备腌料 : 2茶匙料酒, 雞粉1/2茶匙, 調入玉米淀粉1茶匙,  醃製豬絞肉1015分钟


3. Cooked white rice should be placed in the refrigerator over night. In a large bowl mix 2 eggs and add salt 1/4 teaspoon to taste. add to the pan and stir fry and add salt to taste.  dish standby.


3. 熟白米飯應放入冰箱過一夜, 取雞蛋3顆打散成蛋液加入鹽1/4茶匙调味, 鍋中放少許油翻炒半熟盛起  備用.




4. In a pan on medium heat, add 2 tablespoons olive oil and then add shallot, minced garlic. ginger,with the minced pork saute until a little golden brown. Add curry powder and  1/2 yellow bell  pepper saute. Remove and set aside. 



4. 一个大鍋加橄欖油, 爆香大蒜, 小紅葱切末, 姜末炒香, 放入豬絞肉煸炒至8分中熟. 咖哩粉少許, 黃色甜椒1/4顆炒熟, 之后取出放进大碗里.   



5. In a saucepan add 2 teaspoons olive oil , add  onion diced, white rice saute, add  frozen peas and carrots, and  curry powder , Then add soy sauce and chicken flavor. Stir fry until the rice until soft capsules distinct non-stick golden brown color.




5. 重新烧热炒镬放入2茶匙橄欖油, 洋蔥粒, 白米飯炒香, 然后速冻豌豆, 红蘿蔔, 再加入醬油, 雞粉. 直炒到飯粒粒分明粒鬆軟, 呈金黄色干不粘鍋后就可以了.



6. Rice flavor overflow, Pour back the minced pork saute again and salt and pepper to taste after sprinkle with chopped green onion. Now everything is complete and enjoy  !



6. 米粒炒到有香味溢出, 再次倒入剛爆香好的豬絞肉繼炒片刻, 鹽和胡椒粉適量, 黃色甜椒1/2 顆切粒或青, 紅甜椒, 最后灑上少許蔥花翻炒幾下盛上盤即可. 享受 !
