cucumber fried chicken  
黃瓜炒雞胸肉

Ingredients : 材料  :
4 cucumber 黃瓜 4 根切粗條
1/4 cup of water 清水1/4杯芡汁
2 teaspoons olive oil
橄欖油3茶匙
1 teaspoons  soy sauce
酱油2茶匙


1 teaspoon sesame oil 麻油1茶匙
1 tablespoon mind ginger薑末 1湯匙
1 teaspoon chicken flavor 
雞粉 1茶匙
3 tablespoons water 清水3湯匙 芡汁
1 teaspoons cornstarch
玉米淀粉1茶匙
1 tablespoon cooking wine 
料酒 1湯匙

1 carrot cut stripe 
紅蘿蔔1根切切粗條
1 teaspoon chili bean paste
豆瓣醬1茶匙




2 cloves garlic finely chopped 大蒜2瓣切碎
Salt and black pepper to taste  盐和黑胡椒适量
1 red  bell pepper slice 紅或青甜辣椒1粒切粗條

    

1 medium onions cut into big slice中型洋蔥1粒切條纹   
1 seeded chili breaking off piece乾辣椒1粒去籽切碎
1 pound chicken breast cut into thick slice 雞胸肉1磅长條纹

Directions : 做法:
1. Wash all the materials, seeded cucumber, cut  onions, green  bell peppers, carrots to the material cut into slice pieces of equal size.






1. 將所有材料洗淨, 小黃瓜對切去籽, 洋蔥, 紅甜辣椒, 紅蘿蔔去皮切條纹, 材料切大小相等.

2. Wash the chicken and peel with a knife, after pat chicken and  cut into  slices, so the chicken  taste will be more soft.  
2. 準備好雞胸肉洗淨 , 鸡肉去皮用刀背轻拍一拍后切條纹, 這樣口感會更鬆軟些. 


3. Slice the chicken breast meat with a little pepper, cooking wine, chicken flavor, soy sauce, cornstarch and oil marinated  for 20 minutes.
3. 切好的雞胸肉用少許胡椒粉 , 料酒 , 雞粉 , 生抽 , 生粉和油醃製備用 , 拌勻醃20分鐘



4. Mince ginger, garlic, cut green onion, remove the seeds from the dried chili
4. , 蒜切末 , 蔥切段 , 乾辣椒可以去籽切碎.






5. Heat the pan of oil  , add ginger , garlic , chili, then into the chicken stir fry scattered, garlic , chili, then into the chicken stir fry.
5. 將鍋中的油燒熱, 放入薑末和蒜末, 乾辣椒, 然後放入雞胸肉快速翻炒散



6. Followed by adding green peppers, onions, carrots, some salt, stir fry, and finally add the cucumber. .
6. 依次加入紅甜椒 , 洋蔥 , 紅蘿蔔 , 盐和黑胡椒适量, 最後加入黃瓜快炒.

7. When the chicken is cooked adding bean paste vegetables stir fry, add a little chicken flavor  and cornstarch mix  to gravy.
7. 待雞肉八成熟時, 菜微縮後加入豆瓣醬略微翻炒, 之後再加雞粉和少許的玉米淀粉清水芡汁.

8. 可以加鍋蓋悶1分鐘, 大火翻炒幾下, 放入蔥段一起翻炒幾下完成了
