Mexican roasted corn  墨西哥烤玉米食谱   





Ingredients : 材料  :
3 teaspoons butter  奶油3茶匙                        
2 teaspoon hot sauce  辣酱2茶匙,
1 tsp cayenne pepper  辣椒1/2茶匙         
1/4 cup tomato sauce  番茄酱1/4
2 teaspoons mayonnaise  美奶滋2 茶匙
4 teaspoons lemon juice 柠檬汁4茶匙               1 teaspoon parsley flakes 巴西利碎1茶匙
2 teaspoons garlic powder  香蒜粉茶匙
3 cloves garlic finely chopped 大蒜3瓣切碎
Salt and black pepper to taste  鹽和黑胡椒适量
2 teaspoon paprika powder  乾紅辣椒粉2汤匙
4 peeling corns 剥好皮的玉米4條去掉玉米鬚 
2 stems coriander finely chopped  香菜2根切碎
4 tablespoons Parmesan, cheese powder 起司粉4湯匙
You can also add your favorite ingredients 你也可添加自己喜歡的配料 .

1.Pull out  the corn leaves and remove all the musk. Boil the corn for about 5 minutes. Dry the corn after boiling

1.去掉玉米葉,並刪除所有的玉米鬚, 玉米切二英寸大块 . 然後將玉米放在滾水裡川燙約5分鐘撈起, 抹乾水分 .

garlic powder, chili powder, salt and black pepper. Spread it on the surface of the corn and inside the foil package.

2. 後放入一個已鋪上鋁箔紙的大烤盤上, 然後依次序將奶油和美奶滋, 香蒜粉, 辣椒粉, 鹽及黑胡椒均勻塗抹於玉米的表面, 包入錫箔紙里

3. 放進已預熱的烤箱, 以烘烤在375 F , 玉米烤50分钟, 烤至表面呈微焦黃色, 之后翻轉動玉米的另一面, 之后灑多一次起司粉, 繼續再烘烤 .









4 .The sauce : In a bowl, add coriander, garlic, tomato sauce, sour cream , chili powder, chili sauce, Parsley , salt, black pepper and mix well.


4 .调酱汁 : 将香菜末, 蒜末, 番茄酱, 奶油, 辣椒粉, 辣椒酱, 巴西利碎, 鹽和黑胡椒适量调匀成调酱汁




5 .Take out  the roasted corn put into dish , pour the sauce on the plate to mix . Then add the lemon juice,  seasoning according to personal likes   Enjoy !         


5. 将烤好的玉米取出放在盤上, 倒入调酱汁攪拌匀, 再淋上檸檬汁即可調味料的份量可按個人喜歡   享受  !

Roast Beef Recipe Boneless Cross Rib 烤牛肉食谱




              




Ingredients :  材料  :      
1 ounce butter  黄油1盎司                     
3/4 cup red wine 红葡萄酒3/4 
2 tablespoons olive oil  橄榄油2汤匙
1 teaspoon mayonnaise 蛋黄酱1茶匙        
     
       
        


           

2 teaspoons onion powder洋葱粉1茶匙            
2 teaspoons garlic powder大蒜粉2茶匙    
1/2 teaspoon baking soda  苏打粉 1/2茶匙   
Salt and black pepper to taste 盐和黑胡椒适量
4.1/2 pounds beef without ribs 4.1/ 2 磅无肋骨牛肉    




Directions : 做法 :
1.Ribs washed with water, then used paper towel to wipe excess water , with a sharp knife trim excess fat or muscle edge, Keep the top layer of fat.
1.先把排骨用清水洗乾淨, 用紙毛巾將多餘的水份擦乾, 用鋒利的刀修剪邊緣多余的脂肪或筋, 上面的肥膏保留.



2. All the seasoning: garlic powder, olive oil, , butter, chili powder, onion powder, baking soda, red wine, mayonnaise , Salt and black pepper to taste.
2. 用大蒜粉, 橄榄油, 黄油, 辣椒, 洋葱粉, 苏打粉, 红葡萄酒 , 蛋黄酱, 盐和黑胡椒适量.

3.把牛肉周围用麻线扎在 一起, 调味汁醃制 放入冰箱冷藏 23天可令牛肉軟化.


4.In a pan add olive oil,  brown both sides of the beef roast. About 2 minutes on each side. the surface continues to beef fried golden brown.
4.燒熱鍋放入橄榄油, 改中小火大概每面煎2分鐘, 翻面繼續煎到牛肉金黃色.



5.Preheat oven to 325 ° c. grill beef at 325 ℃, roast for 1 hour.
5.烤箱预热至325°F, 牛肉放入一个烤架里烘烤在325 ℃ , 牛肉烤1小时.

French Walnut Butter Fried Salmon 黃油核桃煎鮭魚


 


Ingredients : 材料 :
2 tablespoons water 水2湯匙
2 tablespoons wine 料酒2汤匙
1 teaspoon cornstarch 玉米澱粉1茶匙
1 teaspoon garlic powder 大蒜粉1茶匙,  
1 pound salmon fillets  鮭魚1英磅厚片
Salt and pepper to taste 鹽和胡椒粉適量
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts 切碎的核桃2湯匙
2 tablespoons butter or olive oil 黃油2湯匙或橄欖油
1 teaspoon dried tarragon or fresh 干茵陈蒿1茶匙或新鮮龍蒿
3 teaspoons lemon pepper or juice 檸檬胡椒粉或檸檬汁3茶匙 



Directions :  做法  :
1. Rinse and drain fish : pat dry with paper towel . Sprinkle with seasoning: wine , cornstarch, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste . Let it sit and marinate .

1. 先將三文魚清洗乾淨刮掉魚鱗, 巾擦乾
魚肉多餘的水份, 並抹上一點點的料酒,白胡椒粉和鹽醃製一下
 2. Brush a little bit of garlic powder on the salmon, salt and coated with a thin layer of corn starch, Marinate -15 minutes .

2. 將三文魚均匀撲上一點點的蒜粉, 盐和蘸裹上一層薄薄的玉米淀粉, 可令魚肉鎖在裡面, 吃起來更滑更入味可口 . 腌制1015分钟.                                                                                                        
  

3. Medium heat melt butter and saute the chopped walnuts. set side.
3. 中火融化黄油放入切碎的核桃炒香. 備用.
