Papaya Salad 青木瓜沙拉
1 teaspoon sugar 糖1茶匙
1/2 teaspoon salt 鹽1/2汤匙
1 ounce dried shrimp 蝦米1盎司 1 shredded carrot 紅蘿蔔1條切絲
3 teaspoons fish sauce 鱼露3茶匙
1 teaspoon shrimp paste 蝦酱1茶匙
1 teaspoon salty crab 咸幼蟹1茶匙
2 roasted red shallot 小红葱2粒烤香
1 bowl grilled fish 烤鱼肉1碗 或 煎
5 groves roasted garlic 大蒜
5粒烤香
1 teaspoon chicken flavor 鸡粉 1茶匙
3 fresh roasted red chili 新鲜红辣椒3粒烤香
1 medium shredded green papaya 中等青木瓜1粒切丝
1/2 cup dry roasted crushed peanuts 幹烤花生1/2杯攪碎
2 teaspoons tamarind paste or lime juice 羅望子酱或檸檬汁
2 teaspoons olive oil or vegetable oil 橄榄油2茶匙或菜油
3 medium tomatoes cut into small pieces 西红柿3粒切小塊
According to your own favorite taste freely sauce 按照您自己喜歡的口味隨意調味酱汁.
Directions : 做法 :
1. Prepare ingredients: 3 medium tomatoes cut into small
pieces,1 shredded carrot, 1/2 cup dry roasted crushed peanuts, 1 medium shredded papaya- add salt to remove
excess water. Let it sit for 5 – 10 minutes.
1. 中型西红柿3粒切小塊, 红萝卜1條切絲, 幹烤花生1/2杯攪碎, 中等木瓜1粒切丝, 加入1/2汤匙盐, 后捏掉多餘水的份或以脫水器脫掉蔬菜水份靜置 5 ~ 10分鐘. 備用.
3. Add fresh chili, garlic, shallots, dried shrimp and
add into the food processor and grind. Then add ½ teaspoon salt.
3. 把烤过新鲜的辣椒, 大蒜,小红葱,
虾米, 全部的材料放入一个捣碎器里面,添加1/2茶匙盐 . 捣碎.
4. Make the papaya sauce: add in shrimp paste and salted
baby crabs, fish sauce, chili, lemon juice, tamarind paste, fish sauce. Mix
together well.
5. In a large bowl, place the papaya in the bottom then
add in papaya, tomatoes, radish, then add in the seasonings and sauce.
5. 依序擺放 : 一取大盆加进木瓜丝底部, 搭配西红柿塊, 红萝卜丝, 接著放上捣碎好的全部材料, 還有淋上調味醬汁, 還有少許剁碎的小辣椒.
6. Mix all the
ingredients together and let it marinate with the sauce. Then add in peanuts
until the sauce is mixed well.
6.然后將所有的配料混合在一起, 轻轻的搅拌更容昜入味, 接著表面撒上絞碎好的幹烤花生, 快速攪拌均勻, 直到調味汁均匀的裹在木瓜丝上, 讓木瓜丝吸收調味汁提升美味.
7. If you want it more spicier then add in more
chili, and if you want it more sour just add in more lemon juice.
7. 如果想吃飯多辣的加點辣椒,想吃多酸的擠多點青檸汁, 隨後盛盤, 美味的青木瓜沙拉食譜就完成囉.
