2 cucumber cut into strips小黃瓜2個切粗條
3. 小黃瓜洗乾淨擦乾水份,
中間有籽的部分要去籽切平, 切成長條, 紅蘿蔔去皮也切粗條,食材都要保持沒有水氣.

1. 白米粒洗乾淨, 倒入漏網中瀝乾水份, 鍋中倒入清水餾將白米粒一起煮軟熟. 備用.

Step 5: Rice vinegar seasoning 步驟 5 : 米醋調味汁

5. 熟白米飯趁熱時把壽司醋先倒在飯湯匙上,
再從飯匙上淋到飯上攪拌勻成為醋飯, 取出熱飯放入盆中然後用溼毛巾蓋好備用.

Step 6 : lay out the seaweed 步驟6:舖上海苔
5 sheet seaweed海苔5片剪半
6. 我用的海苔是容昜碎的,
所以將海苔剪半後,放30分鈡才開始卷壽司,
海苔前方約留1寸不要舖飯,其他的地方都要舖, 用手盡量壓緊平鋪在海苔上米飯一定要一邊鋪平一邊壓緊. 您必須使用以調味料好的海苔片做壽司卷,
味道更入味好吃.

雞蛋絲
7. 中間用筷子壓出溝狀, 之後平均放上早餐肉, 小黃瓜, 紅蘿蔔, 雞蛋絲,
準備水半杯放在碗裡, 用手沾一下水, 最後將海苔片邊壓邊緊密的捲起包住食材.

Step 8: Cut the sushi roll 步驟8 : 切壽司捲
1 bottle rice seasoning 米飯調味料1瓶
3 teaspoons wasabi芥末3荼匙
8 . 壽司捲做好後, 再放靜置約10分. 準備鋒利的刀子用濕布抹一抹比較好切,
輕輕慢慢的切. 吃之前最好蘸上少許壽司調味料, 芥末享用即完成壽司捲.
