Step 1 :

1.首先將豬骨, 雞爪全部洗乾淨. 豬骨切2寸塊, 雞腳爪尖剪掉.

1. 煮一鍋滾水, 豬骨分次在開水鍋中汆燙至看不到血色. 雞爪稍微川燙, 之後撈出將全部的食材放在水龍頭下衝洗乾淨血水,
瀝乾多餘的水份, 放入盤中待用.

3. 黑眼豆, 紅棗粒, 蜜棗, 发菜, 去皮花生全洗乾淨, 生薑切3片,
陳皮浸泡過后用刀將皮囊刮去備用.

5. 一個煮湯鍋倒入清水,
下薑片放入豬骨, 雞爪, 陳皮入湯鍋裡煲, 蓋上鍋蓋開大火煮滾, 煲熬上一個小時左右.
