Thai Green Curry Beef With Beans and Eggplant  
泰国绿咖喱牛肉豆和茄子



Ingredients  :材料  :
1/2 tsp salt  1/2茶匙
4 cut water 4杯水
1 bowl beans   豇豆1
2 pounds of beef  牛肉2
1 can coconut milk 椰奶 1
1 can chicken soup 鸡汤
2 slice galangal,  高良姜2
1 stem lemon grass  一根香茅
2 chili chopped,  辣椒粒切碎
1/2 cup basil leaves  罗勒叶 1/2
10 Thai eggplant 泰国茄子10
6 kaffir lime leaves  柠檬叶 6
3 teaspoons fish sauce  鱼露3茶匙
1 teaspoon palm sugar 棕榈糖 1茶匙
1 stem green onion  chopped 青蔥1
3 small red shallot  chopped 小红洋葱3
4 cloves garlic chopped,  大蒜 4粒切碎
2 teaspoons chili paste  辣椒酱2茶匙
2 teaspoons  chicken flavor  雞粉2茶匙
1 red bell pepper cut 3/4 inch  红甜椒 1個切块
1 green bell pepper cut 3/4 inch 青辣椒 1個切块
4 tablespoons red curry powder 咖喱酱4茶匙
               











Directions : 做法 :      
1. Cut the beef into small pieces , boil until soft.
1.牛肉切成小块 , 煲直到牛肉軟  .
2. Thai eggplant Wash 12, a cut 4, cowpeas cut long segment. Put them in a bowl.
2.泰国茄子洗净12粒,一粒切成4  , 豇豆切长段  . 把它们放在碗里  .
3 . Green pepper, red sweet pepper cut into long pieces
3.青辣椒红甜辣椒切长条  .
4. Daosuan device with the galangal , red onion, kaffir lime leaves , garlic ,chili , grated  .
4. 用搗蒜器把姜片, 小红洋葱, 柠檬叶, 大蒜. 辣椒磨碎  .
5. Pour  2 tablespoons of oil inside the wok, stir into the ingredients, add 4 tablespoons Thai green curry paste and saute.
5.倒约2汤匙植物油入锅里面,放入攪配料  , 4汤匙泰式青咖喱酱炒香
6. Add 3 cups of water,  boiled beef, Thai eggplant, beans, green , red sweet peppers.
6. 放入3杯水, 煮沸后加入牛肉, 泰国茄子, 豇豆, 青辣椒红甜辣椒  .
7. pour 1 cut of coconut mill into a pot and cooked medium heat add seasonings chicken broth, fish sauce, salt ,palm sugar .
7. 边搅拌边加入椰奶转中小火加入调味料 , , 鸡汤 , 鱼露棕榈糖  .
8. Add pepper and sweet basil immediately turn off the heat and  it take out  . enjoy !
8.加入辣椒和甜罗勒立即关火并把它盛出  .
