Cherry Chili and Tomato Salsa 樱桃辣椒配番茄

Ingredients : 材料 :
2 tsp chili oil辣椒油2茶匙
1 tsp chopped dill莳萝碎1茶匙
6 tsp lemon juices 柠檬汁6 茶匙
2 garlic grove , crushed
大蒜2瓣切碎
Salt and black pepper to taste 盐和黑胡椒适量
1-2 fresh hot cherry chilies 新鲜樱桃辣椒 1-2 粒
2 small cucumbers cut inch pieces小黄瓜2 條切一寸片
3 medium tomatoes cut into small pieces 中型番茄3粒切小塊

Directions : 做法 :
1. First, cut off both ends of the cucumber, cut into
1-inch lengths, then cut into thick slices. Sprinkled with salt and marinade
for 10 minutes. until the cucumbers wilted.
1. 首先将黄瓜剪掉两端,切成1英寸的长度.再切成成厚片, 并洒上盐醃製5分鈡, 直到黄瓜枯萎了.
2. Clean the salt by cold water, Use while paper towel to
dry the cucumber, Wash and cut tomatoes into small pieces.
2.之后用冷水洗去盐,同时以纸巾擦干黄瓜片, 番茄洗净切小塊.
3. In a big salad bowl, add in the tomatoes and cucumber
in the bowl. Grill red and green chilies then remove the seeds inside. Chop the
chilies and add into the salad bowl.
4. Squeeze lemon juice in a small bowl and add in lemon
zest, minced garlic. Add in chili oil and chopped dill. Finally, add salt and
pepper to taste.

5. Finally, pour the sauce on the pepper and tomatoes.
Let it marinate in the refrigerator for two hours.
5.最后將調味汁淋入樱桃辣椒和番茄里, 一起彻底搅拌勻, 放入冰箱腌製至少需要 2-3个小时入味便成.

自制樱桃辣椒配番茄沙拉, 酸酸辣辣香香的清爽又无负担, 番茄红色水果, 含有丰富的维他命 C、E, 能促进身体脂肪的代谢,
此外每天吃一个中等大小的番茄,便能补充一个成人一天的维他命C需要.
