3. 枸杞子, 紅棗粒, 黑木耳, 青蔥全洗乾淨, 生薑切3片, 陳皮浸泡過后用刀將皮囊刮去,
備用.

Step 4 : Wash the lotus root with

4. 洗乾淨山药的濕泥土, 用刀刮去外面的表皮, 切成大小一致, 將山药泡浸在清水里以防變色, 備用.
Step 5 : Boil the soup 步驟5 : 煮湯清
5. 一個煮湯鍋倒入清水,
下薑片放入老毋雞, 豬骨, 酒入湯煲裡,
蓋上鍋蓋開大火煮滾, 煲熬上一個小時左右.

6. 然後把全部的食材下鍋 : 火腿, 山药, 黑木耳, 及紅棗粒放進湯鍋裡, 改中小火繼續慢熬煮約25分鐘, 再加入枸杞子燜約10分鐘. 红枣, 枸杞子最后放不然容易烂光.
