Penne Pasta Salad Recipe通心粉面食沙拉食谱  


Ingredients :  材料  :
Dice the bell pepper 小甜椒一个切粒
10 oz  penne pasta,  10盎司通心粉面食
1 bowl Farmer John Half  农民火腿1  






Salt and pepper to taste鹽和胡椒粉適量   
1 pound cherry tomatoes 葡萄小番茄一英镑
½ cup Italian salad dressing 半杯意大利沙拉醬
3 ounces sliced olives 罐头橄榄果3盎司切薄片
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese or feta cheese
磨碎的意大利帕爾馬乾酪3湯匙或羊奶酪 .




Directions : 做法:
1. Cook the pasta for about 8-9 minutes in boiling water, You can cook it till it is a little hard. You can add a little salt in the water and also add in cooking oil to prevent it from sticking.

2. Preparing ingredients: dice bell peppers, cherry tomatoes cut in half, 3 ounces sliced olives, 1 cup diced ham . 







2.甜椒一個用清水沖洗乾淨切粒, 葡萄小番茄一英鎊切半, 橄欖果3盎司切薄片, 火腿1碗切粒








3. Add all the ingredients into a large bowl ; cherry tomatoes,  bell pepper, ham, grated Parmesan cheese or feta cheese, salt and pepper to taste.




3. 將所有的材料依序擺放入一個大碗裡:小番茄, 甜椒, 火腿, 橄欖片, 磨碎的意大利帕爾馬乾酪或羊奶酪, 鹽和胡椒粉適量






4. Then add  the cooked pasta and top with Italian salad dressing. Mix well, you can also use your  favorite salad dressing. I hope you enjoy !
