Chicken Breast Romaine Cups 鸡胸肉罗曼杯




Ingredients : 材料:
3 Avocado 牛油果, 鳄梨
1/2 bowl cottage cheese 奶酪1/2
1 Package fresh  romaine lettuce 新鲜生菜  




1 teaspoons sriracha chili 是拉差辣椒1茶匙  
Salt and black pepper to taste 盐和黑胡椒适量
2 teaspoon butter or olive oil  2茶匙黄油或橄榄油 
2 pound chicken breast cut into thick slice 雞胸肉2磅切塊片








Directions : 做法:
1.Tear apart the Romaine lettuce cups, Rinse with clean water. Add ice water to keep the crispness. Use paper towels to dry the excess water. Set aside on a plate

1. 把罗曼生菜一瓣一瓣地撕下来用清水冲洗干净用剪刀稍稍修剪, 大小可以按照自己的喜好进行裁剪放入冰水裡冰鎮以保持脆度同时以纸巾擦干水份放置在碟子上生菜泡冰水可保持翠綠及爽口清脆 




2. Rinse and dry the chicken pieces, pat dry with paper towel, patted its as much as possible. Prepare marinade : white wine, salt and pepper to taste . Marinated for 15 minutes. .

2. 把雞胸肉用清水洗亁淨, 用紙毛巾將多餘的水份擦乾, 和盡可能多拍拍它, 讓肉更容昜入味 . 並抹上一點點的料酒 , 胡椒粉和鹽醃製, 再調入少許澱粉和混合拌勻, 醃製15分鐘 .










3. Add a little olive oil in a fry pan over medium high heat, Marinated chicken breast in a thin layer of corn starch, pan fry on medium heat until golden brown .

3. 起一平底鍋放少许橄欖油中大火加热, 把腌好的雞胸肉裹上一層薄薄的玉米淀粉, 盖上锅盖以小火煎, 直到倆靣都呈金黃色 . 




4. Put together the lettuce cups: Fresh  romaine lettuce a slice ,  cottage cheese,  add the cottage cheese, chicken breast, You can also add a little Sriracha chili sauce, You should love this delicious chicken breast roman cup .

4. 順序部份先後擺放 : 生菜旪一片把奶酪均勻的放上然后在放入煎好的雞胸肉如喜歡辣的朋友可挤入一点是拉差辣椒酱一起来同食 .您應該會喜歡這道美味的鸡胸肉罗曼杯 .

korean kimchi chicken fried rice  韩国泡菜鸡肉炒饭


Ingredients : 材料 :
2 eggs 鸡蛋2
2 teaspoons olive oil 橄欖油2茶匙




1 teaspoon soy sauce 醬油1/2茶匙
1 teaspoon sesame oil 麻油1/2茶匙       2 teaspoons sesame seeds 芝麻2茶匙                1 bowl of diced kimchi  泡菜絲 一碗      
2 teaspoons cooking wine 料酒2茶匙              






1 stem green onion diced  2根切粒   
1 teaspoon  chicken knorr 雞粉1茶匙
1 teaspoons corn starch 玉米淀粉2茶匙  
1 teaspoon ginger chopped  姜末1茶匙   




2 cloves garlic finely chopped 大蒜2瓣切碎
2 small chopped  shallot  小紅蔥頭2粒切碎
1/2 medium onion cut grain  
中型洋葱1/2个切粒  



Salt and black pepper to taste  
鹽和黑胡椒鹽適量         
2 tablespoons  Korean chili sauce 韓式辣椒醬2湯匙
2 sweet green bell pepper slice  
青甜椒1/2個切粗絲
2 cut of cold cooked riced   
白米飯2碗放入冰箱过夜        
1 pound chicken breast cut into thick slice鸡胸肉1片切粗絲





Directions :  做法  :
1.Wash and dry the chicken breast, cut into thick slices .
1.雞胸肉先洗干淨擦乾水份, 鸡胸肉切成粗絲. 




2.Prepare marinade : 1 teaspoons cornstarch, 2 teaspoons cooking wine , 1 teaspoon soy sauce. Combine chicken breast and marinade. Then marinade for 15 to 20 minutes .
2.用料酒2茶匙調入玉米淀粉1茶匙和醬油1茶匙混合均勻醃製雞胸肉1520分钟 .





3.1 bowl of diced kimchi , mince garlic and shallots, 1 sweet green bell pepper slice, chop stem green onion 1 teaspoon ginger finely chopped and chop medium onion into diced . 
3.韓國泡菜一碗切絲 , 大蒜小紅葱切末, 青甜椒1個切粗絲蔥切粒 . 姜末1茶匙,中型洋葱也切粒. 





4.In a pan on medium heat add 2 tablespoons olive oil , and then add shallot, minced garlic,  ginger diced kimchi, 2 tablespoons Korean chili sauce and chicken breast to saute . Not fully cooked . Remove and set aside  .
4. 熱鍋冷油放入2湯匙橄欖油, 爆香大蒜,小紅葱末,姜末, 放入挤干的韓國泡菜絲, 青甜椒絲,2茶匙韓式辣醬翻炒至8 分中熟. 取出放入碗里 .





5. Cooked white rice should be placed in the refrigerator over night, Heat up a saucepan pour some oil, onion , white rice and saute until golden brown color .
5. 熟白米飯應放入冰箱過一夜, 然后鍋燒熱倒入適量的油, 下洋葱, 把白米飯用锅铲炒散炒香, 最后加入一大韩式辣椒酱翻炒均匀, 即可待米粒鬆散呈干挺后就可以了, 盛起備用 



6.Pour the chicken breast into saute again and add soy sauce, chicken flavor, sesame oil, and sesame, add the right amount of salt and pepper to taste .
6. 再倒入剛才炒好的雞胸肉繼炒, 加入醬油, 雞粉, 麻油, 芝麻, 以適量的鹽和胡椒粉調味 




7.In a large bowl mix large eggs and add salt to taste. sprinkle a little chopped green onion and mix well . Sprinkle sesame seeds to enjoy  .
7. 鸡蛋2粒打散 加入盐调味此時飯中需撒上少許蔥花翻炒幾下拌, 出鍋裝盤表面撒上芝麻即 .


8. Put two fried eggs to serve the korean kimchi chicken fried rice and its done   Enjoy  !

Stir Fry Soy Beans Bitter Melon黄豆酱炒苦瓜 






  


Ingredients : 材料  :
1/4 cup of water 清水1/4
1 teaspoon sesame oil 麻油1茶匙
1 teaspoon chili oil 辣椒油1茶匙  




2 teaspoons soy sauce 酱油2茶匙
1 teaspoon slice ginger 薑片4切丝
2 teaspoon cooking wine 料酒2茶匙  
2 teaspoons  olive oil 橄欖油2茶匙



2 teaspoons soy beans黄豆酱2汤匙
1 teaspoon chicken powder雞粉 1茶匙 
3 chopped  red shallot  小紅蔥頭3粒切碎
3 cloves garlic finely chopped 大蒜3瓣切碎





Salt ,black pepper to taste  盐和黑胡椒适量
2 medium bitter melon cut into thick slice 
中型苦瓜二條切薄片 
Also you can add chicken, ham, bacon beef  . The ingredients, vegetable can add you own and match    
 .  





配菜也可以添加鳮肉火腿培根牛肉五花肉适量 . 按照您自己喜欢的口味 随意搭配 .

Directions : 做法 :    
1.Wash two medium bitter melon and cut into thick slices. Then wash also place it in salt water to make it less bitter. Place into a large bowl.

1.中型苦瓜用清水洗干净,去籽切薄片, 使用一點點鹽水清洗过, 捞起放入大碗里备用




2. Chop red shallots, crushed garlic, chop green onions and  slice ginger.

2.小紅蔥頭去皮切碎大蒜也去皮後切碎, 青蔥切切碎, 薑切丝 .




3. In a pot add some oil and saute shallots and ginger. Then saute bitter melon until cooked. Add soy sauce and a little bit of water and set aside.

3. 鍋里倒入適量的油,下小紅蔥末, 薑末, 蒜末炒出香味, 再放入苦瓜快速翻炒爆香最后中火炒至变软熟 .




4. Add the soy sauce, chicken broth flavor and a little water. Quickly stir fry and you can add pepper to taste  after the dish is complete. Enjoy !

4. 然后再加入黄豆酱炒出香味, 放入鸡粉和少许水, 转中大火快翻炒, 辣椒可根据个人口味加上 . 炒干後黄豆酱炒苦瓜已完成,盛出放入盤中, 尽情享受吧
