Homemade Gravy Recipe 自制肉汁食谱



Ingredients : 材料  :
Prepare time 月桂葉5  
1 tsp brown sugar 紅糖1茶匙 
2 tsp chicken powder 鸡粉2茶匙   





4 minced garlic 蒜頭4瓣切成末 
4 sprigs of thyme  百里香 4草莖
1/2 cup of white wine 半杯白葡萄酒
2 sprigs of rosemary  迷迭香2草莖
  



Salt and pepper to taste 
鹽和胡椒粉適量   
3 carrots cut into inch pieces
紅蘿蔔3根切寸塊 
5 stem of celery cut inch 
西芹菜5支切英寸大小 



1 can of  chicken broth or water 鸡肉高湯1罐或清水
1 /2 cup flour or  corn starch  麵粉1/2杯或玉米澱粉  
      

                    


2 medium onions cut into thick pieces 中洋蔥2個切粗塊   
2 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil  橄欖油2湯匙或植物油

1 pound Farmer John Half Ham
火腿1英镑或吃剩的火雞肉類
1 pieces Farmer John Half – Ham bone

4 tbsp of  butter or the fat drippings from the turkey
黃油 4湯匙或从火鸡的脂肪水滴汤汁 . 



Directions :  做法  :          
1. 3 carrots cut into inch pieces,  5 stem of celery cut niche, 2 medium onions cut into thick pieces, Wash all vegetables with water. 4 cloves garlic peeled , 4 slice for pieces of ginger , 2 pound Farmer John Ham and turkey meat, pieces Farmer John Ham bone and turkey bone.    

1. 紅蘿蔔3根切寸塊, 西芹菜5支切英寸大小, 中洋蔥2個切粗塊, 用清水洗干净所有的蔬菜. 蒜頭4瓣去皮, 4片去皮, 2磅农民火腿和火鸡肉,农民火腿骨头1塊或火鳮骨头.




2. In a pan, add olive oil and then saute the ginger first then add in garlic and onion. Add the Farmer John ham bone and ham. Pan fry until golden brown. Then add celery and carrots together.

2. 平底锅加入橄榄油炒香, 先爆香薑片, 蒜粒, 洋葱,加入火腿骨头和火腿肉煎,翻面繼續煎到火腿骨头和火腿金黃色,然后下西芹和紅蘿蔔一起.  




3. Then add in wine, chicken broth or water, bay leafs, rosemary into the pot and cook for 1 hour.

3. 然後注入葡萄酒, 高汤或清水, 加入月桂叶, 巴里香料, 迷迭香, 倒入鍋中悶煮1小時. 




4.  Add all the ingredients in a pot and on high heat. When the broth boils lower the temperature and steam for 1 hour. Then use a strainer to remove the excess fat and all the ingredients. You can add more water if it’s too less. The leftover should be just the stock.

4. 全部材料都倒進燉鍋子裡, 蓋上鍋蓋大火熬煮沸. 然后转小火慢火炖1小时, 用长柄具去除一些多餘的浮末, 材料废渣取出, 然后再加入紅蘿蔔, 西芹, 洋蔥, 此時覺得水不夠可以再加入一些水, 煮直到全部的食材料软爛, 此時鍋里只剩下滚烫的高湯備用. 




5. In a pan, add butter and pour in the broth. Add brown sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Add in corn starch to make it thicker.

5. 燒熱鍋放入黄油,  並將高湯倒進,  繼續用大火加熱至沸騰,  紅糖, 鹽和胡椒粉適量調味 . 接著倒入玉米澱粉水勾芡, 要不時攪拌, 至呈透明狀態, 肉汁收到濃稠美味的自制肉汁醬即完成了 !

















6. Stir the gravy until the gravy is thick. The gravy is now down and you can add more corn starch to make it thicker. You can use the gravy right away or leave it in the fridge for later.

6. 依照您喜歡的口味調整湯汁的
濃度 .最好的方法 一次煮上一大鍋然後用小杯分裝放入冰箱凍起來希要吃隨時可方便用

I used the country western ham gravy recipe, Also used the ham bones and vegetables simmer stew made into the soup . Meat dipped in sauces are super delicious. You can also use any kind of meat like Turkey to

我用了火腿肉來做西餐肉汁食谱 Gravy , 也用了火腿骨头與蔬慢火熬燉製作成的西餐中的肉類食谱料理, 常搭配肉汁一起蘸食 .
酱汁蘸烤肉都超級美味,  製作醬汁也不一定要用火腿肉製作也可用剩下的火鳮骨头或手邊有甚麼肉都可以搭配 . 燉好的高湯醬汁肉味道一樣甜中帶濃厚香味, 營養豐富 .  樂樂試試看吧   !

Spinach and Mushrooms Salad  菠菜和蘑菇沙拉


Ingredients :  材料 :    
2 tbsp sugar  糖2湯匙
1 tsp Mustard 芥末1茶匙
1/4 cup vinegar 1/4



1/2 cup croutons 蒜香麵包丁1/2
1/2 tsp celery seed 芹菜籽1/2茶匙
1 pounds fresh spinach 新鲜嫩菠菜1




Salt and pepper to taste 鹽和胡椒粉適量
1/2 bowl slice mushrooms 蘑菇1/2, 去皮切开 .
1 tsp olive oil or  vegetable oil 橄榄油1茶匙或植物油

1/2 red onion , sliced in thin rings 红洋葱1/2个,切成薄片
2 eggs  boiled, peeled and chopped  鸡蛋2个煮熟去皮, 切碎 
3 slice  bacon, cooked until crisp and crumbled  培根3, 煎直到脆,  切粒. 

You can also go to the supermarket to salad  dressing. 
你也可以去超市卖火腿沙拉酱調味更方便 . 





Directions :  做法  :  
1. fresh spinach Rinse with clean water, Add ice water to keep the crispness use paper towels to dry the excess water, Set aside on a plate. 1/2 red onion sliced in thin slices.

1.菠菜用清水冲洗干净, 切成一口大小, 鸡蛋煮熟切碎, 培根煎香切粒, 香蒜脆麵包丁, 红洋葱切絲. 




2. ½ cup croutons,  2 eggs boiled peeled and chopped, 3 slice
bacon cooked until crisp, 1 cup fresh shiitake mushrooms Peel into the thick slices, You can also use a little oil and fry mushrooms. 

2.新鲜香菇, 去蒂, 去皮切成中厚片, 然后把全部的材料放入一个大碗中待用. 根據個人口味你也可以用少許油炒熟香菇, 盛起.  




3. Salad dressing Seasoning :  sugar, oil, vinegar, olive oil, 1/2 tsp celery seed, 1 teaspoon mustard, salt and pepper to taste . Place all of the ingredients into a blender. Mix all the ingredients . Pour into a bowl and set aside. Or you can buy Italian dressing at the store or any of your favorite dressing.

3. 沙拉酱調味 : , , , 鹽和胡椒粉適量, 芹菜种子和芥末, 所有用料放入打蛋器搅拌至均匀入碗中待用. 若觉得酸, 味不够,可以加更多醋和糖去调整. 




4. If you feel it is too sour or not sweet enough. You can add more vinegar and to adjust. According to personal taste. 

4. 拌沙拉时先用一个大碗, 放进全部的配料, 嫩菠菜叶, 蘑菇, 红洋葱絲, 鸡蛋对切碎, 还有麵包丁和培根碎.

菠菜和蘑菇是一道简单好吃的沙拉涼菜, 菠菜是一年四季都有的蔬菜, 菠菜营养极为丰富, 茎叶柔软滑嫩, 含有丰富的维生素 C . 除以鲜菜做沙拉食用外, 还可以放入沸水中川燙脱干水, 后洒一小撮盐, 淋上适量香蒜油搅拌均匀特別好吃 . 煮魚汤味道更加美味 . 而且菠菜的卡路里也很低, 食用新鮮生菠菜还是最好的養顏美膚之一呢多多吃可讓你保持快樂的心情 . 注意菠菜不能久煮否则叶子会被烫过熟, 导致失去菠菜的营养價值 .

Rice Crispy Treats  水稻脆黄柏




Ingredients :  材料  :  
3 tbsp  butter 黄油3汤匙 
6 cuts Rice Crispy Treats  
水稻脆黄柏或脆皮米6   
4 cut mini marshmallows 棉花糖 4      



Directions :  做法 :
1. On low heat, melt butter in a large pot. 
1. 烧热一个大鍋用慢火融化黃油





2. Add the marshmallows into melted butter. Stir until marshmallow is melted. 

2. 添加棉花糖到融化的黄油里不停止搅拌直到棉花糖完全融化 . 



3. Add the rice crispy cereal in the melted the marshmallow mixture. Stir quickly and turn off the heat. 

3. 把大米水稻 , 倒入己經融化的黄油和棉花糖里不断轻轻地搅拌 . 一旦它融化关火 . 




4. Prepare a tray covered with wax paper, Or spray with cooking spray.


4. 准备一个烤盘铺上腊纸, 或者用烹饪喷雾喷. 將脆皮米倒入盘里






5. In a baking pan add wax paper and pour the rice crispy mixture in the pan. once cold begin to cut in squares.

5. 再盖上一层蜡纸上用手轻轻地压平待冷却后切成 你歡喜的英寸塊形状
