Mexican Drunken
Chicken Recipe 墨西哥醉鸡食谱
Ingredients : 材料 :
5 bay leaf 月桂叶5片
1 can beers 啤酒1 罐
1 tsp paprika 辣椒1茶匙
1/2 bowl chops薯片1/2 碗
2 medium Lemons 中等柠檬2个
1 stem fresh
oregano 牛至1根
5 cloves garlic minced 大蒜5瓣
1 tsp limes Juice
2青柠汁3茶匙
2 teaspoons ketchup 番茄醬2茶匙
1 tsp chicken
knorr 鳮粉1茶匙
Salt and pepper to taste 鹽和胡椒粉適量
1 stem fresh
rosemary 新鲜迷迭香1根
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/2 large onion, chunks

1 medium carrot chunks

½ apple cut into chunks or
orange juice

2 tablespoons of olive oil or vegetable oil 橄榄油2汤匙或植物油
2 tablespoons butter (optional) 黄油融化2汤匙 (自选)

Directions : 做法 :
1. 5 pound chicken legs or whole chicken cut in pieces . Rinse
and dry the chicken leg , pat dry with paper towel.
1. 雞腿5英鎊或整只鸡也可以,先把雞腿用清水衝洗淨, 用紙毛巾將多餘的水份擦乾.
2. With a spoon, dig out the Jalapeno seeds, minced 5
garlic cloves, ½ apple cut into chunks, 1 fresh tomato cut into chunks, cut one
medium carrot into chunks.
2. 用小匙挖去墨西哥辣椒種子切碎, 大蒜5瓣切末, 苹果1/2个去皮切大塊或橙汁, 新鲜番茄1个切大塊, 中等紅蘿蔔1个切大塊.
3. Salad dressing seasoning : sugar, oil, vinegar, olive
oil, 1/2 tsp celery seed, 1 teaspoon mustard, salt and pepper to taste. Place
all of the ingredients into a blender. Mix all the ingredients . Pour into a
bowl and set aside. Or you can buy Italian dressing at the store or any of your
favorite dressing.
3. 烤雞酱調味汁 : 糖, 油, 醋, 橄榄油, 芹菜籽1/2茶匙, 芥末1茶匙, 鹽和胡椒粉適量. 将全部的材料放入攪拌機, 把香料攪爛成漿泥混合均勻, 后倒入一个碗里 備用.
4. Marinate for the chicken : Add beer, bay leaves,
tomato paste, garlic powder, carrots, apples, garlic, tomato pieces, potato
chips, oregano, cumin, lemon juice, rosemary, chili sauce, Salt and pepper to
taste. In blender grind all the
ingredients together.
4. 烤雞醃醬汁調味: 放入啤酒, 月桂叶, 番茄醬, 大蒜粉, 紅蘿蔔,苹果, 大蒜, 番茄塊, 薯片, 牛至, 孜然, 柠檬汁, 迷迭香, 辣椒酱, 鹽和胡椒粉適量, 使用攪拌機将全部的材料攪爛成漿泥.
5. 把鸡腿放入一個較大的塑膠袋子裡面 , 然后倒入调味醃酱汁, 放入冰箱醃冷藏醃製5小时或過夜. 因此, 鸡腿更入味好吃. 間中記得必須翻動雞腿數次.
6. In a pan, place the skin side of the chicken first.
Cover with lid and then flip chicken. Cook half til golden brown.
6. 一个锅内放少许油, 將鳮腿皮靣放入鍋底煎, 需要時可把鍋蓋, 蓋上. 之后翻转煎另一面, 直到倆靣煎都呈金黃色.
7. 焗爐預熱 350℃度, 將煎好的鸡腿放在焗烤架上, 加1杯水在烤架底部裡, 大約烘烤30分鐘, 然後反轉另一面烤. 刷上一層烤雞调味酱汁. 然后再继续烘烤30分鐘. 最后刷上一層薄薄的黄油在鸡腿上面.
8. Lower the temperate to 300 degrees.
Continue to slow cook for about 25 minutes. Bake till slightly crunchy golden
brown. You can add more seasoning if you want.
8. 之后将温度降低至300℃度, 翻面繼續燜烤保持低溫, 25分鐘左右, 用餘溫將雞腿燜到略脆脆兩面金黃色. 盛盤即成一道美味的墨西哥烤醉鸡了. 隨個人喜好可以增減醬汁.
Feelings after eating :
This Mexican drunken chicken recipe is a bit sour and spicy. The chicken is full of different flavors . It is marinated over night
and slowly cooked so the chicken taste delicious. I pan fried it first than
finish it in the oven. This is a wonderful recipe to make for dinner.
