Chocolate Dipped Strawberries 草莓蘸巧克力
Ingredients : 材料 :
1 sheet wax
paper 蠟紙1張
16 fresh strawberries with
新鲜带蒂草莓16颗
Creamy white chocolate
shell for fruit
乳白色巧克力2盎司用於蘸水果外殼

fruit 黑巧克力2盎司用於蘸水果外殼
Directions : 做法 :
1. Clean the fresh strawberries and use a paper towel to dry. Then place in a bowl. In a baking pan, layer it with wax paper. Then set aside.
1. 將新鮮草莓洗淨後, 用紙巾吸乾草莓表面的水份放在碗裡. 用一個幹盤子鋪上一張蠟紙, 盤子是用來凝固草莓用的, 放在一邊備用.
2. In two bowls add in dark chocolate and white chocolate. Then microwave for 30 seconds stir. Heat again for 30 seconds and stir with a fork.
2. 先把小塊黑巧克力和白色巧克力各分放入碗裡或者杯中, 用微波爐加熱大約30秒鐘慢慢溶化. 取出用快子不停攪拌巧克力.
3. If the chocolate is still not
melted, you can heat it up again until the chocolate is melted.
3. 加熱的過程中如果巧克力還沒融化, 也可以再第二次把巧克力放入微波爐再加熱大約30秒鐘, 等到巧克力看上去完全融化成巧克力醬汁.
4.You can keep the leaves of the
strawberry so it’ll look nicer and easier to dip in the chocolate.
4. 因為我忘了把葉子留著, 所以看起來並不美麗, 下次一定要記得不能把葉子都剪去, 帶有葉子的草莓送禮也會比較美麗精緻多了.
5. Dip the strawberries into the
chocolate and place on it on the wax paper. Leave spaces in between the
strawberries.
5. 開始取一粒新鮮草莓, 抓著草莓在巧克力醬裡均勻的滾一圈蘸一下, 大約浸入2/3的巧克力醬包裹草莓外殼. 然後一粒一粒的把草莓繼續蘸上巧克力醬, 並把沒蘸到的小空隙也補上.

you can dip it again in another flavor. Or add in sprinkles or any other
candies.
6. 凝固後你也可以再次沾上第二層巧克力醬, 或再灑上自己喜歡的糖花片. 蘸好了的草莓擺在用來晾置鋪了蠟紙的盤子中. 等待巧克力汁自然完全凝固後就完成了.

7. Place the strawberries in the
refrigerator until harden. You can but them in a container and store it in a
cool place.
7. 也可放入冰箱冷藏一會讓巧克力變硬就凝固. 但是巧克不宜放入冰箱冷藏太久, 最好放入密封的盒子涼處. 草莓放在冰箱裡冷藏一會兒可讓克力幹得比較快, 冷藏之後, 草莓就可以吃啦. 擺在好看的盤子上.
