Step 1 : Prepare to soak boiled black
beans 步驟 1:準備浸泡煮黑豆
2 cup black beans 黑豆 2杯
1. 黑豆用清水沖洗乾淨,
用冷開水浸泡2小時, 浸泡過後的黑豆放入滾水中煮軟,
加入少許鹽, 將煮軟的黑豆撈起, 過清水多次之後瀝乾水份. 備用.
Step 2 : Fried black beans 步驟 2:炒黑豆
1/2 salt half teaspoon 鹽1/2半茶匙
2 s teaspoon olive oil 橄欖油2茶匙
1/2 teaspoon chicken flavor 雞粉 1/2 茶匙
1/4 medium onion cut grain 中型洋蔥1/4個切粒
2. 取一鍋倒入橄欖油, 爆香洋蔥粒, 加入泡過的黑豆, 炒到黑豆有香味至黑豆干香.
取出黑豆移到一個碗裡.

Step 4 : Fried sausage 步驟 4 : 炒香腸
2 teaspoons cooking wine 料酒2湯匙
1/4 medium onion cut grain 中型洋蔥1/4個切粒
1 pound beef smoked sausage or ham 牛肉香腸1 磅或鹹肉
4. 鍋開中火倒入橄欖油, 爆香洋蔥粒, 加入香腸炒到有香味溢出, 放入一個碗裡.

Step 5 : Washed rice 步驟 5
: 洗白米粒
4 cup of long grain rice 生米粒4杯
5. 香米先用清水洗乾淨, 然後用漏篩過濾網撈起瀝乾生米粒水份.
Step 6 : Fried rice 步驟 6 : 炒生米粒
1 teaspoon paprika 色辣椒粉1茶匙 1
1 teaspoon cumin 小茴香粉l茶匙
1 teaspoon chicken flavor 雞粉 1 茶匙
2 teaspoon red wine vinegar 紅酒醋2湯匙
l/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper 辣椒粉1/2茶匙
3 cloves garlic finely chopped 大蒜3瓣切末
1/2 medium onion cut grain 中型洋蔥1/2個切粒
4 teaspoons of olive oil or salad oil 橄欖油4茶匙或沙拉油
1 stem fresh oregano leaves or dry oregano
新鮮牛至葉1茶匙或乾牛至粉.
6. 鍋中倒入橄欖油爆香洋蔥粒, 大蒜未, 把生米粒炒到有香味溢出, 加入辣椒粉,
牛至粉, 小茴香, 雞粉,
紅酒醋, 青甜椒粒翻炒至調味料均勻覆蓋到米粒上. 當米粒炒到鬆散呈金黃色在鍋裡蹦起.
Step 7 : Boiled white rice 步驟 7 : 煮白米飯
4 bay leaves 月桂葉4片
2 1/2 cup water 清水2 1/2杯
1 can of chicken stock 鳮湯1罐
7. 打開電飯鍋將炒香過的生米粒移入電飯鍋裡, 需要倒入鳮湯或清水煮,
少許鹽和雞粉, 月桂葉, 蓋上鍋蓋煮,
因為蔬菜有水份所己不必加入過多的清水. 根據需要可添加多或少的水,
等待發出鳴聲時打開電飯煲, 然後將煮熟的香飯輕輕拌松, 炒過的米粒煮熟後味道比較香, 飯也會比較軟好吃.

Step 8 : Add more ingredients 步驟 8 : 食材回鍋
Salt and pepper to taste 鹽和胡椒粉適量
1 stem green onion diced 青蔥1根切蔥花
8. 此時把爆香好的食材全回鍋, 拌入黑豆, 香腸, 青甜椒然後用拌飯湯匙攪散米飯. 以適量的鹽和胡椒粉調味,
撒上少許蔥花, 輕輕將煮熟的白米飯再拌松, 然後蓋上鍋蓋, 繼續用餘溫再燜米飯20 分鐘,
讓白米飯完全吸入調味料, 即成一道美味的營養黑豆飯了. 真香.

食後感想:
美味的營養黑豆飯是用多種香料調製組成的, 一道美味香飯食譜, 我喜歡把黑豆, 鹹肉可以用香腸來代替, 食材先用洋蔥, 蒜末,
炒香移到一個碗裡. 再用油爆香洋蔥, 蒜末下鍋入生米粒一起炒香, 後倒入雞湯, 清水和調味料一起煮, 待生米飯煮熟之後, 把黑豆, 香腸回鍋拌入米飯裡, 也可加入檸檬汁,
要用餘溫繼續再燜黑豆米飯, 讓飯完全吸入調味料, 米飯煮熟後更加香噴噴油潤. 因為使用電鍋最大的好處不必顧慮時間的控制. 還有黑豆已加載營養價值含有豐富的蛋白質. 香飯加入黑豆一點都不油膩, 又無負擔, 遠方的朋友盡情享受好吃的營養黑豆飯吧!
