Tofu Tomato and Chicken 豆腐番茄和鸡肉
Ingredients : 材料 :
4 slice ginger 薑片4片
1 tsp sesame oil 麻油1茶匙
2 tsp cooking wine 料酒2茶匙

2 teaspoons soy sauce 酱油2茶匙

1 teaspoons corn starch
玉米淀粉2茶匙

2 cloves garlic finely chopped 大蒜2瓣切碎
1 box tofu cut into chunks 豆腐1盒切成大塊

Directions: 做法:
1. All the
vegetables washed with water, tomato, bok choy, green onion,also cleaned the

1. 把所有的蔬菜用清水洗干净, 番茄, 油菜, 青蔥, 还有雞胸肉洗净, 同时以纸巾擦干多餘的水份 .
2. 小紅蔥頭去皮切碎 , 大蒜也去皮後切碎, 青蔥切成寸段长度 , 中型番茄切成大塊 , 油菜切2英寸塊 , 姜切片, 豆腐切大块 .
3. 再将豆腐切四方大块,用纸巾吸干多餘的水份,並擦上一點點鹽,蒜粉和再漆上一層薄薄的玉米淀粉,将豆腐放入油锅煎至两面呈金黄色,取出放入大碗里 .
