Tofu Tomato and Chicken 豆腐番茄和鸡肉














         
                                   







Ingredients :    材料  :
4 slice ginger 薑片4                                               
1 tsp sesame oil 麻油1茶匙 
2 tsp  cooking wine 料酒2茶匙  
1/4 cup of water 清水1/4杯芡汁 
1 teaspoon chili oil 辣椒油1茶匙 
2 teaspoons  soy sauce 酱油2茶匙 
2 teaspoons  olive oil 橄欖油3茶匙 
1 teaspoon chicken powder 雞粉 1茶匙
1 teaspoons corn starch  玉米淀粉2茶匙 
3 chopped  red shallot  小紅蔥頭3粒切碎   
1 teaspoon oyster sauce 蠔油1茶匙調味料 
2 cloves garlic finely chopped 大蒜2瓣切碎  
1 box tofu cut into chunks 豆腐1盒切成大塊  
Salt and black pepper to taste  盐和黑胡椒适量  
1 stem onion cut into inches 青蔥2根切成寸段   
1 pound bok choy  cut two inches  油菜1鎊切2英寸塊 
3 medium tomatoes cut into big pieces 中型番茄3粒切大塊  
1 pound chicken breast cut into thick slice 雞胸肉1磅切塊    
Also you can  used  chicken leg , ham, or bacon instead  配菜也可用鳮腿,  火腿,  培根代替 .
The ingredients, vegetable can add you own and match , 按照您自己喜欢的口味 随意搭配 .  




Directions: 做法:               
1. All the vegetables washed with water, tomato, bok choy, green onion,also cleaned the chicken breast to, Then use the paper towels to dry excess water .

    

1. 把所有的蔬菜用清水洗干净番茄油菜青蔥还有雞胸肉洗净, 同时以纸巾擦干多餘的水份 .



2. Shallots, peeled and chopped, Also peeled crushed garlic, green onion cut into inch length, medium potatoes cut into chunks, bok choy cut two inches block, ginger slices, tofu, cut into chunks.


2. 小紅蔥頭去皮切碎 , 大蒜也去皮後切碎青蔥切成寸段长度 , 中型番茄切成大塊 , 油菜切2英寸塊 , 姜切片豆腐切大块 .



3. Then tofu cut quartet chunks, with paper towels blot excess water, And rub a little salt, garlic powder and  layer of thin corn starch,put  tofu into the pan fry until golden brown for both sides, then into a large bowl.

3. 再将豆腐切四方大块,用纸巾吸干多餘的水份,並擦上一點點鹽,蒜粉和再漆上一層薄薄的玉米淀粉,将豆腐放入油锅煎至两面呈金黄色,取出放入大碗里

 


                     








  

4. Chicken breast cut into thin slices, With a little cooking wine, chicken favor, corn starch  to marinated the chicken . into the refrigerator 10 minutes, Set aside.

4. 雞胸肉切成薄片塊用少許料酒, 雞粉, 用玉米淀粉醃製均匀, 放入冰箱裡10分鐘備用 . 



5. Heat a wok add olive oil, first add ginger, garlic, shallots chopped, Then saute, add the  marinated chicken to saute, quickly stir fry until 8 mature, With the same pan and then fry the bok shoy first, tomato, add fried tofu,, finally, stir-fry until softened.

5. 燒熱炒鍋加入橄欖油, 先放入薑片, 蒜末紅蔥頭碎然后爆香, 放入已腌制过的鸡胸片, 快速翻炒爆香至8成熟後鏟起,在相同的锅, 然后将切好的油菜先炒番茄再放入煎豆腐, 最后中火炒至变软.  




6. If the vegetables are cooked soft, then fell back the fried chicken , mix into the vegetables ,
At this point add the sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, chicken powder,seasoning salt and pepper to taste, If you like spicy food, add a little diesel oil.

6. 開鍋蓋以確定蔬菜是否都煮軟了, 然後再次倒回先前炒好的鸡胸片,入菜蔬里充分的拌勻,此時添加事先已调好的调味汁如酱油麻油雞粉, 鹽和胡椒粉適量調味 .如果喜欢吃辣的可加少許红油



7. Finally, an appropriate amount of corn starch into the bowl add a little water, tune into the wet starch thin gravy sauce, mix the thick sauce, Then sprinkle with green onion , tofu tomato and chicken is complete to tasty.

7. 最后适量玉米淀粉入碗里放入少许水,調成湿淀粉勾薄芡汤汁,快炒至濃稠拌勻收汁, 再撒上葱段盛出放入盤中, 即可完成美味的豆腐番茄和雞胸肉了

Sardines lettuce cup wraps 沙丁鱼生菜包裹杯




Ingredients : 材料:
1 cup couscous 1杯蒸粗麦粉 
1 teaspoon butter  黄油1茶匙
1 cup couscous  蒸粗麦粉1







        

1 teaspoon soy sauce  酱油1茶匙
1/4 cup tomato sauce  番茄酱1/4 
1 teaspoon  chili oil  辣椒油1茶匙






1 teaspoon  chicken knorr  鳮粉1茶匙 
11/4  cup boil water  煮沸水11/4 
1 shredded onion  洋葱 1个去皮切絲







2 teaspoons corn starch  玉米淀粉2茶匙
2 chopped shallot  小紅蔥頭 2粒切碎
1 Package fresh Artisan romaine 新鲜生菜  





1 can of  sardines in tomato 番茄沙丁鱼1
Salt and black pepper to taste 盐和黑胡椒适
2 cloves garlic finely chopped 大蒜2

1 teaspoons sriracha chili 是拉差辣椒1茶匙

Directions :  做法  :                      
1. 11/4 cups boiling water, Add 1 teaspoon of butter. Then pour 1 cup couscous stir, cover and stand for 5 minutes. After the cooked couscous gently mix loose. Set aside. cook couscous according to package instructions. 
1. 清水11/4杯煮沸,  添加1茶匙黄油,  再倒入1杯蒸粗麦粉搅拌均匀,  盖上锅盖静置5分钟 . 之後將煮熟的粗麦粉輕輕混勻拌松 .  備用. 




2. Tear apart the Romaine lettuce cups, Rinse with clean water. Add ice water to keep the crispness. Use paper towels to dry the excess water. Set aside on a plate.  
2. 把包生菜一瓣一瓣地撕下来,  用清水冲洗干净用剪刀稍稍修剪後,  大小可以按照自己的喜好进行裁剪放入冰水裡冰鎮以保持脆度,  同时以纸巾擦干水份放置在碟子上生菜泡冰水可保持翠綠及爽口清脆.   




3. 1  Prepare ingredients : Pour a small bowl of tomato sauce, A bowl add 1/2 cup of water, stir with spoon, set side. 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped, 2 small chopped  shallot, 1 onion shredded.    
3.  一个小碗倒入番茄酱,  加入水1/2,  用小匙搅拌均匀放在一旁, 將大蒜,  小紅蔥頭切未,  洋葱也切成薄片成洋葱絲.  




4. Add a little olive oil in a fry pan over medium heat. stir-fry,  garlic, chopped  shallot, onion shredded, After carefully laying the sardines, Gently stirring, Now you can make the sauce by adding tomato sauce flavor, salt and pepper to taste. Then add water and corn starch to thicken  the sauce.   
4. 锅里倒入橄榄油爆香蒜末小紅蔥頭未薄洋葱絲. 小心放入沙丁鱼罐头,  輕輕地搅拌, 倒入碗里的番茄酱,  然后加玉米大火烧开勾芡,  加入鹽和胡椒粉適量調味,  关火.

5. 順序部份先後擺放  : 生菜旪一片,  把剛煮好的粗麦粉均勻的放上,   然后在放入煮好的番茄沙丁鱼,  如喜歡辣的朋友可挤入一点是拉差辣椒酱一起来同食, 就成為美味的沙丁鱼生菜包裹杯了.
