开胃的广式腊肠炒饭, 是一道美味香噴噴的食譜. 我喜歡先把腊肠用蒜末爆香,移到一個碗裡. 再用油炒香洋蔥, 倒入煮熟的白米飯一起炒香, 然后腊肠和蛋回鍋拌入米飯裡. 讓飯完全吸入調味料 , 米飯更加香噴噴油潤. 煮熟的米飯最好放入冰箱隔一夜, 如果用新煮的白米飯, 炒不出很散的感覺. 遠方的朋友盡情享受好吃的广式腊肠炒饭吧!
