新鮮香菇去蒂並預先用水沖洗乾淨後切片, 同一樣的鍋再將切好的香菇爆香至軟,
備用.

4. 將不同的蔬菜分開用少許油和鹽炒熟,
先炒洋蔥, 紅籮蔔, 及紅甜椒,
中火炒至全部的蔬菜變軟. 菠菜洗淨後切成小段. 稍微氽燙一下, 用手把菠菜的水擠去不要, 只保留菠菜肉渣,
將氽燙好的菠菜加鹽和麻油調味. 備用.

6. 將調味汁料全部放入鍋裡撹拌勻,以小火慢慢熬煮小滾至湯醬汁濃稠,如喜歡的話也可以加入1湯匙韓式甜辣醬.

7.先煮一鑊滾水1湯匙油少許鹽,下韓國粉絲大火煮滾,用筷子攪拌均勻, 繼續煮沸騰至粉絲條保持其Q滑軟口感, 然後將粉絲放入清水中沖洗,
