Pan- Fried Salmon and Sesame 煎鲑鱼和芝麻  (三文鱼)




Ingredients :    材料  :
2 tablespoons wine  料酒2汤匙
1 pound mushrooms 蘑菇1磅切片
2 teaspoons soy sauce 醬油2茶匙
3 tablespoons  olive oil 橄欖油3湯匙 
1 teaspoon garlic powder 蒜粉1茶匙
Salt and pepper to taste 鹽和胡椒粉適量
1 teaspoon garlic powder 白芝麻3大匙
1 teaspoon  cornstarch  玉米澱12茶匙 
1 pound salmon fillets  鮭魚1英磅厚片 
(三文鱼)





Directions : 做法 :                              
1. Rinse and drain fish : pat dry with paper towel . Sprinkle with seasoning, wine , cornstarch, garlic powder, Salt and pepper to taste . Let it sit and marinate .

1. 先將三文魚清洗乾淨刮掉魚鱗, 同时以纸巾擦乾魚肉多餘的水份, 並抹上一點點的料酒白胡椒粉和鹽醃製一下 . 





2. Brush a little bit of garlic powder on the salmon, And coated with a thin layer of corn starch, Add more flavor and and dip in egg, and white sesame seeds.

2. 將三文魚均匀撲上一點點的蒜粉, 和沾上一層薄薄的玉米淀粉, 可令魚肉鎖在裡面, 吃起來更滑更入味可口 . 蘸裹上蛋液, 再將魚裹上白芝麻




3. Add a little olive oil in a fry pan over medium high heat, Add marinated salmon into the pan fry until the bottom surface of stereotypes, and cover the pot with a small huojian.

3. 起一平鍋放少许橄欖油中大火加热, 將醃好的三文魚放入油锅煎至底面定型, 盖上锅盖以小火煎, 根据鱼肉的厚度把表面煎至魚呈金黃色, 翻面再煎另一面至略焦时, 将煎好的鱼取出摆盘即可.

4. 新鲜蘑菇洗乾淨, 去蒂, 去皮切成中厚片, 利用原鍋裡留下一部分的油繼續炒香蘑菇加入些白胡椒粉和鹽用中火炒蘑菇至变软, 搭配吃起來比較不油 .  備用.

B.B.Q. Ribs Recipe 烧烤排骨食谱   


Ingredients : 材料  :
2 teaspoon  mustard  芥末2茶匙
2 teaspoon thyme 百里香2茶匙  
2 teaspoon oregano  牛至粉 2茶匙
3 teaspoons  ketchup 番茄酱 3汤匙



5 pounds pork  spareribs 排骨5磅 
2 tbsp onion powder 洋葱粉2茶匙 
1 tbsp chili powder  乾紅椒粉1汤匙 
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper  辣椒1/2茶匙          



2 teaspoons chicken flavor
雞粉2茶匙 
2 tablespoons paprika
辣椒粉 2茶匙 
5 cloves garlic, chopped
大蒜5瓣切碎                                    



5 tablespoons brown sugar  红糖5汤匙          4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce  喼汁 4汤匙 
2 tablespoons garlic powder  大蒜粉2汤匙



Salt and white pepper to taste
鹽和白胡椒粉適量 
4  tablespoon white wine vinegar
葡萄酒醋4汤匙      
Also you can used  2 cups of  BBQ Sauce, store bought or homemade

你也可以添加烧烤酱汁 2 杯左右, 商店购买或自制 .  



Directions : 做法:
1. Ribs washed with water, then used paper towel to wipe excess water, Remove excess fat from ribs
And patted it as much as possible, You can remove the ribs skin with a sharp knife.

1. 先把排骨用清水洗乾淨, 用紙毛巾將多餘的水份擦乾, 從排骨取出多餘的脂肪和盡可能多拍拍它, 你可以用鋒利的刀取出排骨皮 .


2. Marinade : In a small bowl put, Brown sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, chili, Dry paprika, mustard powder, Cooking wine, Vinegar, tomato sauce, chicken powder, Oregano powder, Worcestershire sauce, Salt and white pepper to taste, add the seasoning to marinade .

2.  醃料 : 在一個小碗裡放入, 紅糖, 洋蔥粉, 大蒜粉, 辣椒, 幹紅椒粉, 芥末粉, 百里香, 料酒, 酒醋, 番茄醬, 雞粉, 牛至粉, 喼汁, 鹽和白胡椒粉適量 . 然後再把調味醃料混合在一起 .



3. a large aluminum foil bag into the ribs,  on pork chops, seasoning rub marinade, Marinated in the refrigerator for about 5 hours or overnight compared tasty, Wherein the flip several times .

3.  把排骨放入一個較大的鋁箔袋子裡面, 調味醃料摩擦豬排上, 放入冰箱醃製冷藏約5小時或者過夜較入味 . 其中翻動數次 .


4. Preheat oven to 250 ° F, The pork chops face down inside the foil bag, tightly enclosed pocket,
Bake about 2 hours, then pour the barbecue sauce out of the bag .

4.  烤箱預熱至250°F, 將豬排面朝下放鋁箔袋子裡面, 保持封閉紮緊袋口, 放入燜烤它為約2小時, 從烤箱中倒出燒烤汁 .


5. A wok pour the remaining sauce grilled ribs, Remove excess debris, medium heat and cook the remaining sauce to thick, After layer of the barbecue sauce over the pork chops on each side,
continue to hot temperature of 350 degrees, Pork roast 30 minutes until golden brown .

5.  燒熱鍋倒入烤排骨剩下的湯汁, 用不銹鋼長柄撈出多餘的碎渣, 改中小火将汤汁煮濃稠, 之後将豬排每边刷上一層烧烤酱, 熱溫350度繼續, 焗烤30分鐘直到豬排金黃色 .


       6. Reduce oven to 250 slowly then continue bake 25 minutes, stew slightly with the pork chops until golden brown on both sides , Hello ribs recipe is complete, Class taste, Barbecue sauce can be increased or decreased according to your favorite taste .

6.  烤箱降低至250℃慢慢再繼續焗烤25分鐘, 用餘溫將豬排燜到略兩面金黃色, 排骨食譜就完成囉 . 味道一流, 燒烤醬可依照您喜歡的口味增減 .

177674日是美國的獨立紀念日, 是一個相當熱鬧的節日, 這一天舉國歡騰, 萬家同樂,  展現著美國人民的愛國精神, 也成為美國人民永遠紀念這個獲得解放的日子.
全美大大小小的教堂鐘聲齊鳴以紀念美國獨立日, 自由權和追求幸福的權利.  74日這一天成千上萬的美國人, 會利用這段時間與家庭或者朋友歡慶的日子.通常去海灘或者郊外野餐, 戶外烤肉. 我也自製了燒烤排骨與家人一起同歡慶這紀念的節日 .
