5 pounds live mussels 新鲜贻贝5磅
1. 清水冲洗新鮮貽贝, 用牙刷轻轻刷洗去除污物, 鬚可以用剪刀减掉或用力拉扯去鬚子, 有破损的也要去掉, 洗净后沥干水份.
Step 2 : Cut the Ingredients 步骤 2 : 切材料
1/2 onion minced 洋葱1/2棵切碎
3 scallions minced 干紅葱3 粒切碎
8 cloves garlic minced 大蒜8瓣切碎
2. 将大蒜去皮切碎, 干紅葱去皮切碎及洋葱棵也去皮切碎.

Step 3 : Stir fry live mussels 步骤 3 : 炒鮮貽贝
1 cup white wine 白葡萄酒1杯
1 can
chicken broth 清鳮汤1罐
2 tablespoons olive oil 橄欖油2湯匙
8 tablespoons unsalted butter divided into 3 portions 无盐黄油8汤分成3份
3. 下2湯匙黃油入鍋, 再加入2湯匙橄欖油一起入鍋中小火待其融化,
倒入鳮汤和白葡萄酒, , 將料汁煮滾后, 再加入新鮮贻贝.
Step 4 : Continue to boil 步骤 4 : 继续煮

chopped fresh parsley or dray parsley
新鲜的荷兰芹 3 茶匙或干荷兰芹
4. 汤滾后再加入新鮮贻贝一起炒. 放入荷兰芹碎, 蓋上鍋蓋转小火焖5分鐘, 开盖期間可搖動鍋或打開鍋蓋攪拌一下, 继续煮至所有鮮贻贝口全打开, 至颜色变透明.
Step 5 : Make the sauce 步骤 5 : 做酱汁
2 teaspoons corn starch 玉米淀粉 2 茶匙
6 tablespoons unsalted butter 无盐黄油6汤匙
Coarse salt and black pepper to taste 粗盐和黑胡椒适量
5. 然后用一大盤子, 撈取全部的贻贝, 鍋里只畄下汤汁, 再次加入6湯匙黃油入鍋, 以中小火慢慢攪拌待其融化, 粗盐和黑胡椒适量調味, 玉米淀粉勾芡, 煮至酱汁浓稠.

Step 6 : Squeeze the lemon 步骤 6 : 擠上柠檬汁
新鲜柠檬2粒切半, 挤压成柠檬汁.
