Chicken Stir - Fry
Ramen Noodles 雞肉拌炒碗麵
Ingredients : 材料
:
1 teaspoon sesame oil 香油1茶匙
2 teaspoon soy sauce 酱油1茶匙
2 teaspoons olive oil 橄欖油2茶匙
3 tablespoons chili oil 辣椒油3湯匙
1 carrots shredded 紅蘿蔔1根切絲
2 garlic finely chopped 大蒜2瓣切末
2 teaspoon black vinegar 烏醋2茶匙
1 onion finely chopped 洋蔥1顆切絲
2 stem green onion minced
蔥2根切碎
Salt and pepper to taste
鹽和胡椒粉適量
1/2 cabbage shredded 高麗菜1/2個切絲
3 large eggs break up
鸡蛋3
粒打散炒熟
2 cloves garlic finely chopped 蒜頭2粒切末
4 package of instant ramen noodles 泡面4 包
2 shallot finely chopped
小紅蔥頭2粒切碎
1 small piece ginger, finely chopped 薑1小塊切末
2 pound chicken chicken breast cut

Directions : 做法 :
1. Prepare ingredients: 1/2 cabbage shredded, 1 carrots
shredded, 2 shallot finely chopped, 2 stem green onion chopped 1 small piece
ginger, finely chopped, 1 onion finely chopped,
2 garlic finely chopped.
1. 高麗菜1/2個切絲, 紅蘿蔔1根切絲, 紅蔥頭2粒切碎,
2. Cut 1 pound
of chicken into thick slices and stir fry until done. Remove chicken and set
aside. Add in eggs and a teaspoon of salt. Scramble the eggs and remove and set
aside.
2.將鸡胸肉切成粗條,下鍋中煎香 . 然后鸡蛋3粒打散加入
1/4茶匙盐, 放入油锅, 翻炒至稍凝固盛出備用.
3. In a pan,
stir fry the shallots, garlic, ginger, carrot and cabbage.
3. 起鍋爆香紅蔥頭, 蒜末, 薑末, 加入紅蘿蔔, 高麗菜炒均勻.
4. In a pot, boil
the noodles and then drain well. Stir fry with chopsticks.
4. 準備一鍋滾水煮泡麵, 後瀝乾水份, 最好用筷子
搅拌均匀. 烹饪方法根据面条包装煮法.
5. Then put all the ingredients in the
noodles. Add in the sauteed eggs, chicken and vegetables. You can also add in
chili oil to make it spicy. Add some salt and pepper to taste.
5.倒入全部的食材 : 早餐肉, 紅蘿蔔, 高麗菜, 雞蛋 .
快速翻炒加入適量酱油, 蔥花, 香油, 烏醋, 酱油,鹽和胡椒粉適量. 享受 !
