Rice Cakes And Ham 年糕和火腿 


                              

Ingredients :  材料 :    
2 carrot slice 紅蘿蔔2條切片 
2 teaspoon  ginger 姜末2茶匙
1 pound snow peas 荷兰豆 一镑
2 teaspoons  soy sauce 酱油2茶匙
2 tsp chicken flavor 雞粉 2茶匙
3 teaspoons olive oil 橄欖油3茶匙
2 teaspoons sesame oil 麻油2茶匙 
3 celery cut thick slice 西芹3條切片
3 finely chopped garlic 蒜頭3瓣切末                                                


1 bowl Farmer John ham  农民火腿1                1 onion cut into shredded 洋葱1顆切條  
3 teaspoon  cornstarch 玉米淀粉 3茶匙
Salt and pepper to taste 鹽和胡椒粉適量
1 can slice bamboo shoots 罐頭春笋切片
3 chopped  red shallot 小紅蔥頭3粒切碎  


   


3 teaspoon oyster sauce蠔油3茶匙調味料 
2 stem green onions  shredded  2根切成寸段
2 pound, 1 package fresh rice cakes  新鲜年糕2 
½ Chinese cabbage cut into chunks 大白菜半顆切塊
2 pound chicken breast cut into thick slice雞胸肉2磅切塊
The ingredients also you can add you own pork, beef,or bacon ,cabbage,  instead
按照您自己喜欢的口味随意搭配材料, 猪肉,牛肉, 培根,高丽菜 ... 代替




Directions: 做法:  
1/1  Prepare ingredients: Peel  1 lb snow peas, 1 onion shredded , 2 carrot shredded, 2 teaspoon ginger, 1 can slice bamboo shoots,  1 bowl Farmer John ham, 2 stem green onions  shredded. ½ Chinese cabbage cut into chunks , Set side .


1.荷兰豆 一镑, 洋蔥1顆切條紅蘿蔔2條切細絲, 姜末2茶匙, 罐頭春笋切片, 农民火腿1碗切條, 2根切成寸段. 大白菜半顆切塊, 待用 .  




2. In a wok add oil saute the ginger, red shallot, chopped garlic add ham, stir fry 5 minutes, remove to a large pan .
Heat a wok stir-fry snow peas, slice bamboo shoots, shredded onion, carrot shredded, remove to the same pan set aside for mixing with noodles .

2.炒锅油爆香姜片, 小紅蔥頭蒜末,取出移到一个大鍋里, 同一样的锅再将切好的荷兰豆先炒,罐頭春笋切片, 洋蔥絲, 紅蘿蔔, 中火炒至变软軟熟透, 之后再移到同一鍋子里等著拌麵條.


3. Cook the rice cakes in boiling water, You can add a little salt in the water and also add in cooking oil, stir with chopsticks,  cook rice cake according to package instructions, go to the next step, remove the rice cake to a same pan set aside for mixing with noodles .

3.將年糕放入鍋煮熟, 在水里可加一點點鹽和油, 用筷子搅拌均匀, 按照包装上的说明煮年糕转到下一个步骤, 之后再移到同一鍋子里等著拌麵條 



4. Heat a wok stir-fry  ginger, garlic. Now you can make the sauce by adding sesame oil, chicken flavor , oyster sauce, soy sauce, and salt and pepper to taste. Then add water and corn starch to thicken  the sauce.

4.炒锅热油放入姜末, 蒜末炒香, 此时加一碗混合配料酱汁, 蠔油, 酱油, 麻油, 雞粉, 鹽和胡椒粉適量, 最后完成水和玉米淀粉勾芡汁.







5. Then drench the sauce over rice cakes and ham, with chopsticks continue to mixing  rice cakes and vegetables, add shallot almost quickly saute. Turn off the heat, poured out into the dish . Delicious homemade Korean rice cake done !


5. 接著將濃稠的勾芡汁倒進己炒好的年糕里, 用筷子不断搅拌年糕和蔬菜, 蔥段一起快速翻炒幾下差不多了,  关火盛出放入盤中 美味的自制年糕完成了 !
