再燒熱一鍋滾油, 並小心地, 快速把龍蝦分多次放入, 以炸的方式炸一炸, 至龍蝦殼表面轉紅顏色, 大約至8成熟左右就撈起.
放在紙巾上吸乾多餘的油.
