2. 起一個碗把切好的大蒜, 紅蔥, 洋蔥全部放入, 備用.

4. 汤料汁煮滚后, 加入新鲜蛤蜊, 不需要盖上锅盖 一边开火煮一边用厨夹子 把开口的蛤蜊慢慢一粒一粒小心的夹出來,
以免蛤蜊肉粒脱落, 放入一个大盤子里. 继续煮至所有的蛤蜊颜色变透明口全打开.

Step 5 : Add unsalted butter 步驟 5 : 加入無鹽黃油
2 teaspoons corn starch 玉米澱粉2茶匙
6 tablespoons unsalted butter 無鹽黃油6湯匙
Salt and black pepper to taste 盐和白胡椒适量
5. 將全部的開口蛤蜊撈取後, 鍋裡只畄下的湯汁, 再次加入6湯匙黃油入鍋,
以中小火慢慢攪拌待其融化, 鹽和白胡椒適量調味, 玉米澱粉勾芡攪拌勻,煮至醬汁有點濃稠.
