lettuce 新鮮生菜一粿或羅曼生菜
1. 把生菜一瓣一瓣地撕下來,
清水沖洗乾淨, 用剪刀稍稍修剪, 大小可以按照自己的喜好進行裁剪, 放入冰水里泡浸, 以保持脆度, 以保持生菜翠綠及爽口清脆, 同時以紙巾擦乾水份, 放置在碟子上備用.

Step 3 : Shrimp marinated 步驟 3 : 蝦醃製材料
1 egg white 蛋清1個
2 teaspoons olive oil 橄欖油2茶匙
1 pounds peeled shrimp 蝦仁1鎊去殼
1/2 teaspoon chicken powder 雞粉 1/2 茶匙
1/4 teaspoon baking powder 發酵粉 1/4 茶匙
2 tablespoons corn starch 玉米澱粉 2 湯匙
2 tablespoons of cooking wine 料酒 2 湯匙
Salt and black pepper to taste 鹽和黑胡椒適量
3. 蝦仁去除蝦線, 內臟沖洗乾淨瀝乾水份切碎, 醃製蝦仁: 在一個碗裡,
用少許發酵粉拌勻蝦, 料酒, 雞粉, 蛋清, 鹽和黑胡椒粉,
少許橄欖油醃製. 使蝦仁嫩滑, 將蝦仁放入冰箱15分鐘.
